Information used for this program

We use the name, mobile number, and appointment-request details you provide during your call. The call transcript and call log record the conversation, including the consent prompt and your response. Messaging records can include the acknowledgment, delivery status, and replies such as STOP or HELP.

How we use this information

We use this information to acknowledge your appointment request if you agree to a text, respond to help requests, honor opt-out requests, and review consent or delivery issues. This program does not send promotional texts. Acknowledging a request does not mean an appointment has been booked.

Mobile information and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

We do not sell or transfer your SMS opt-in information or consent for another organization's messaging. Service providers that operate our calling, messaging, or customer-support systems may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This includes processing required to deliver your acknowledgment and handle your replies; it does not authorize those providers to use your consent for their own marketing.

Your choice and questions

SMS is optional. Declining a text does not affect your appointment request. Reply STOP to a program message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us below to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to retain records needed to honor an opt-out or meet applicable obligations.
